We just moved into one of the units on James Bay in Lumsden. We are completely in love with our new home!! The care and quality with which it was built is apparent in every detail. From the stunning quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, to the enormous walk-in closet with a plethora of built-in shelving, to the ultra plush carpets in the upstairs and basement. There is no room that will disappoint.
The owners, Jared and Devon, have and continue to go, above and beyond. They have both told us to contact them personally if we have any questions or concerns, or if we need a recommendation for any type of trade (e.g. who should we contact for a water softener).
